岗位职责

1. Operative purchasing, supplier evaluation and contracting according the requirement from internal customers, e.g. test equipment, lab consumables, subcontract， office supplies, IT equipment, marketing gifts etc.

2. Purchasing system MyBuy Implementation：check and release PO; 

3. Cost savings by business negotiation and to execute strategic initiatives especially searching and optimizing qualified vendors to meet project development needs and reduce risk;

4. Supplier catalogs manage;

5. Other purchasing work.

招聘要求

1. College or above degree, over 3 yeas of working experience with at least 1 year in procurement, preferable in an international shared service organization;

2. Skilled in supplier communication and moderation of interaction between (internal) customer and supplier;

3. Experience in operational execution of procurement;

4. Experience in procurement controlling;

5. Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English;

6. Familiar with MS Office, SAP user;

7. Team work player can work under pressure.
