　　长城国际系统科技（深圳）有限公司（ISTC）由国际商业机器有限公司（IBM）与中国长城计算机集团于2004年12月12日正式签署成立，并将打造成为IBM全球集成供应链战略性生产基地之一。ISTC总部位于深圳科技园，同时在福田保税区设有外销生产基地。由IBM中国采购中心提供相关采购支持。其中IBM占80%股份，长城计算机集团占20%股份。

　　ISTC专注于服务器产品及其他IBM战略性产品的生产制造。ISTC是IBM eServer x系列服务器在亚太地区的主要生产基地并支持全球市场，而且将生产IBM eServer p系列服务器和RSS产品。

Founded on December 12, 2004, ISTC is a foreign-invested joint venture company, owned by IBM and the Great Wall Group. It will become one of the strategic manufacturing bases of IBM global integrated supply chain.
ISTC is headquartered in the Science Park of Shenzhen, and has export manufacturing base in the Futian Free Trade Zone. IBM China Procurement Center will provide the procurement support. IBM has 80% shareholdings, while Great Wall Group has 20%.
ISTC will be focusing on the manufacturing of server products and other IBM strategic products. ISTC is the major manufacturing base of IBM eServer x series, and supports the global market. It will manufacture IBM eServer p series and RSS, as well.
Beyond producing valuable strategic integrated supply chain products for customers, ISTC also is dedicated to being a responsible corporate citizen in the local community.
