Principle Roles & Responsibilities

主要职责/责任:

1、CMO materials delivery notice

物料到货预报

2、CMO materials & FGs receive and FGs selling in SAP system

SAP系统物料收货/成品入库、出库操作

3、CMO materials cycle count & profit-loss report

物料盘点、盈亏报告

4、Daily operation coordinate between Gosun & Roche

日常操作中的双方沟通协调

5、CMO Pkg. materials version change and artwork process follow up

CMO包材版本变更进度跟踪

6、CMO sales order handling-dispatch note/provision order

销售订单的处理

7、Uploading the sales out file to the SFDA platform

电子监管码数据上传

8、CMO Goods delivery tracing & urgent case handling

成品发货跟踪及紧急事件处理

9、Carriers management

运输商管理

10、Warehouse operation GMP compliance monitoring

仓储作业GMP规范操作的监管

Qualification and Experience

能力与经验:

1、Graduated from University(College) with a bachelor( economic, logistics speciality are priority); CET6; "Logistics Specialist Qualification"will be better

大学本科（经济类、物流类专业优选考虑），英语6级， 有物流师证书为佳

2、More than 3 year experience for warehouse & distribution management

3年以上仓库管理、配送管理的经验

3、Rich experience in warehouse GMP management

丰富的仓库GMP管理经验

4、Has team management experience; has the coordination skills; has ability to deal with the unexpected incidents

有管理团队经验，较强的沟通协调能力，及时处理突发事件能力

5、SAP system handling, PPT skill, Office Excel

SAP 系统操作, PPT 制作
